DTF Print

Investing in the latest DTF print technology, we produce photo-realistic, long-lasting prints quickly, capable of handling hundreds of prints per hour.

embroidery

We produce high-quality embroidered logos using the best threads, needles, and backing. We currently operate 25 heads of embroidery, with 5000 square feet of factory space.

sublimation

Want to design your own, bespoke garment? We work closely with external industry experts to provide a range of sublimated products.

our history

Black Mountain was founded by Huw Lewis MBE in 2015 and was initially set up to support his other organisation, MPCT, with their uniform fulfilment. 

 

MPCT is a very specialist, award winning college with locations across the UK and Huw couldn't find a uniform provider that was able to supply his staff and students with high quality uniform efficiently.

 

From this problem, he and his wife Mel formed Black Mountain in the basement of their home. Its mission was simple: to deliver on a promise and every individual mattered.

Our showroom and school shop is open Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.

 

Our friendly customer service team are on-hand to support you with any questions you may have regarding garment or decoration requirments. They can also provide a free, no obligation quotation upon request.

 

 

We are located in a central location in Ross-on-Wye with parking spaces located at the front of the building.
