To ensure the best print quality, all artwork must meet the following criteria:

• 300 DPI minimum resolution (at final print size).
• Accepted file types: PNG (transparent), PDF, EPS.
• Colours must be supplied in RGB or CMYK — final colour may vary slightly due to print process.
• Artwork should be provided at the exact size you want it printed.
• No low-resolution images, screenshots, or compressed social media graphics.

We print exactly what you upload. If the file is blurry, pixelated, discoloured, or incorrectly sized, it will print exactly that way — Black Mountain Clothing is not responsible for artwork issues caused by incorrect uploads.

Our online designer allows you to place, size, and position your artwork on the gang sheet. It is your responsibility to ensure all artwork is correctly sized and placed before checkout.

• The designer shows exact print dimensions (e.g., 10 cm × 10 cm).
• The size shown in the designer is the size that will be printed.
• Please zoom in and double-check alignment, scaling, spacing, and positioning.
• We do not adjust your artwork inside the designer after it is submitted.

Black Mountain Clothing will not resize, adjust, move, improve, or edit your artwork.

If you upload a full gang sheet instead of using the designer, it must be supplied at:

• 570 mm × 1000 mm (or the exact size of the purchased sheet).
• 300 DPI resolution.
• Transparent background where needed.
• Correct spacing and layout already applied.

No artwork changes will be made under any circumstances.

This includes — but is not limited to — spelling errors, typos, spacing issues, incorrect colours, missing elements, weak contrast, or artwork being too small/too large.

By uploading your artwork or using the designer, you agree that:

• You own the rights to the artwork or have permission to print it.
• The file is complete, correct, and ready for printing.
• All text has been spell-checked and verified by you.
• The artwork size shown in the designer is the final print size.
• You understand that the print result is only as good as the artwork supplied.

We do not offer refunds, reprints, or compensation for artwork supplied incorrectly by the customer.

Your artwork will be printed exactly as provided. This includes:

• Colours (including differences between screens and print)
• Resolution and clarity
• Edge quality and transparency
• Scaling and proportions
• Positioning and layout

No manual adjustments or quality enhancements are performed by Black Mountain Clothing unless formally pre-agreed.

By completing your order, you confirm that:

• Your artwork is final and print-ready.
• You understand no edits will be made by us.
• You accept full responsibility for the print outcome based on the artwork submitted.

All sales of custom DTF transfers are final and non-refundable.
