    The Portwest PW50 Expertbase Safety Helmet delivers durable head protection with outstanding comfort and electrical safety. Built from a high-density polypropylene shell, it includes a 4-point suspension harness with slip-ratchet adjustment for a secure fit (55–62 cm). The unvented design makes it safe for electrical applications, providing insulation up to 1000 Vac / 1500 Vdc (EN 50365 Class 0). Lightweight at just 330 g, it features a soft foam sweatband for comfort and a rain-gutter brim for added practicality. Compatible with PW42 and PS42 ear muffs or visors, this CE-CAT III certified helmet offers dependable performance across construction, utilities, and industrial environments.
