    Product Description

    The Portwest DX470 from the DX4 collection is a hybrid baffle gilet engineered for professionals who require warmth and movement in equal measure. The design centres heavier insulation on the core while stretch and lighter fabrics in side and shoulder zones preserve manoeuvrability. The shell uses a 100% nylon 300T “Titanmill Ultra” fabric with an anti-static finish, while contrast inserts (polyester/viscose/elastane) ensure a snug, ergonomic fit.

    Functionality is a priority: two zipped chest pockets, side entry zips and internal pockets provide ample secure storage. A curved longer back hem gives extra coverage, while reflective piping improves safety in darker conditions. The gilet’s fit can be adjusted via the drawcord hem, and a chin guard enhances collar comfort. All zippers have easy-grip pullers to support glove use on site.
