What is your standard production lead time? +
Our standard production lead time is 5β10 working days (MondayβFriday) from confirmed payment and approval.
Production lead times apply prior to dispatch and are separate from courier delivery times.
If your order is particularly large or complex and needs more time, we will contact you to discuss this.
How long does delivery take after dispatch? +
All delivery times apply from the date of dispatch from our warehouse.
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as our primary couriers. Delivery options shown at checkout are based on order weight.
What delivery methods do you offer? +
Royal Mail (up to 2kg)

- First Class β 1β2 working days
- Tracked 48 β 2β3 working days
- Tracked 24 β 1 working day
Parcelforce (larger & heavier orders)
- Parcelforce 48 β 2β3 working days

Orders exceeding 2kg are automatically assigned a Parcelforce option. Timeframes exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Can I collect my order? +

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am β 4:00pm.
Please only collect once youβve received confirmation your order is ready.
Can I amend my order after placing it? +
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if changes are required.
Once production has started, changes to personalised items cannot be guaranteed.
Can I return non-personalised items? +
Standard (blank, non-branded) items may be returned within 28 days of receipt.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with packaging and tags.
A completed returns form must accompany the return.
Can I return personalised items? +
Personalised items are non-refundable once production has begun, as they are made specifically to order.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
What if an item is faulty or damaged? +
Please contact us within 42 days if an item is faulty or damaged.
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
My order is missing items β what should I do? +
Please notify us within 28 days of delivery and include your order reference number.
My order hasnβt arrived β what now? +
Please contact us no later than 28 days from the expected delivery date.
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
What about DTF gang sheet orders? +
DTF gang sheet orders operate on a 24-hour production lead time.
Delivery times apply from dispatch based on the shipping method selected.
