What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Debit & Credit Cards (processed securely online)
- Klarna – available at checkout (subject to Klarna approval)
Online payments are processed via DecoPay (powered by Stripe).
For certain business or account customers, invoice payment terms may be available by agreement.
Do you charge VAT? +
VAT is charged where applicable and will always be clearly shown at checkout, on quotes, and on invoices.
VAT does not apply to qualifying children’s sizes in line with UK VAT rules.
Can I enter a purchase order (PO) number at checkout? +
Yes — purchase order (PO) numbers can be entered during checkout if required.
The PO reference will then be attached to the order and included on relevant documentation for your records.
Can I receive an invoice for my order? +
Yes — an invoice will be attached to your order confirmation email for your records.
If you need specific references included (such as PO numbers or department codes), please provide these when ordering.
Do you offer credit accounts or payment terms? +
For some businesses and organisations, we can discuss account terms following an initial trading period.

Can multiple people order under one company account? +
Yes — we can support team ordering through company accounts or dedicated ordering portals where appropriate.

When is payment taken? +
For standard online orders, payment is taken at the time of checkout.
For approved account customers, payment terms will follow the agreed invoice schedule.
Can I get a quote before paying? +
Yes — we can provide a formal quote before you commit to an order.
This is particularly useful for team orders, budgeting, or where internal approval is required.
